How do I return a Lunya item?Updated 10 days ago

We've made it simple for you to initiate a return here: ONLINE RETURN PORTAL.

Enter your order number + email on the linked page above. *In an effort to be more sustainable, Lunya orders without a gift box included are shipped without a packing slip or receipt. The order number can be located in your email order confirmation. 

Returns must be sent back using your own return label. Do not combine returns. Lunya is not responsible for returns or items not meeting this criteria. 

For all international orders, original shipping and handling charges and duties + taxes are not refundable. A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If store credit is chosen as the refund outcome, the $5 fee will be waived.

Exchanges are not currently available internationally.
