How do I return a Lunya item?Updated 18 days ago

We've made it simple for you to initiate a return here: ONLINE RETURN PORTAL.

Enter your order number + email on the linked page above. *In an effort to be more sustainable, Lunya orders without a gift box included are shipped without a packing slip or receipt. The order number can be located in your email order confirmation. 

Follow the steps in the portal, and at the end of the process, a return label and return packing slip will be created for you. 

Returns must be sent back using the provided return label, and the item(s) are required to match what is listed on the return packing slip. Do not combine returns. Lunya is not responsible for returns or items not meeting this criteria. 

For all international orders, original shipping and handling charges and duties + taxes are not refundable. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If store credit is chosen as the refund outcome, the $10 fee will be waived.

Exchanges are not currently available internationally.
