If the package appears to be stuck in transit, damaged en route, and or lost, we kindly ask to wait 4 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) before reaching out.
Please note, that some carriers will scan a package as delivered when it is still out for delivery.
If the latter, we also suggest checking the surrounding areas of your address, as applicable, like the garage, mailbox, or back door, or even with neighbors who may have grabbed it if they thought you weren't home or, housemates grabbing the package ahead of yourself. We’ve seen all those scenarios and typically, the packages turn up.
